Orissa well known for its mineral wealth is situated on the coast along the bay of bengal streaching to about 482 kms on the costalline with virgin beaches like Chandipur, Chandrabhaga, Puri, Gopalpur, etc..

Bhubaneswar being the captial city for Orissa & the language Oriya the official language.

The State is bounded by Bihar State in the North, West Bengal in north-east, Madhya Pradesh to the west, Arunachal Pradesh to the South, Bay of Bengal to East. The State is divided in to 30 Districts.
