Kotipalli Someswara Swamy Temple   : located to about 38 kms from Kakinada is this famous pilgrimage center situated on the bank of river godavari dedicated to lord shiva famously known as kotilingesware temple. Shiva linga in this temple is always submerged in water.

other than shiva linga there are other three famous idols also situated Lord Indra, Lord Chandra and Kasyapa Maharshi.

The Holy River is very famous for its sacred water it was brought by Gowtham Maharshi. any person who take bath in these Holy Water of Gowthami at Kotipalli will purify himself from all kinds of sins. It is also known as Koti Teertha Kshetram as a number of water currents are flowing in these waters.
