Simhachalam - Simachalam also called simhagiri ( simha = lion & giri = hill), is about 18 kms from visakhapatnam is built in 11th century & is dedicated to lord sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha.This temple on the Simhachalam hill represents the patronage of the Southern Cholas and the Gangas of Orissa.
