About Hyderabad - An Introduction

Hyderabad, the capital city of Andhra Pradesh is the sixth largest city of India. The city was founded by Muhammad Quli Qutb Shah, Sultan of the Qutb Shahi dynasty, in 1590. A multitude of influences have shaped the character of the city and today it is known as the city of pearls, lakes and lately, for IT Companies. Its palaces and buildings, houses and tenements, gardens and streets have a history and an architectural individuality of their own.
