About Panajim

Pajanim or also called Panaji is the capital city of goa. Panaji lies along the left bank of the Mandovi River. Panaji is the third largest city of goa.

Panaji means “Land that never floods”. The word Panaji is derived from two words Sanskrit word panjani means boat and khali means a small creek or stream.
