About Mizoram

In 1987 one of the districts of mizoram was split into two which in turn formed the state Mizoram and became the 23rd state of india. Aizawl being the captial city for Mizoram & the language Mizo the official language.

The State is bounded by Bangladesh to its west, Myanmar on its south & east. The State is divided into 8 Districts.
