Sikkim is well connected with airlines with a major airport at Bagdogra which is about 117 kms to gangtok.

New Jalpaigur is the nearest railway station which is about 117kms to Gangtok.

Road transport 
This state has Excellent road network which connects to Siliguri, a town in west bengal which is the main gate to sikkim.
